James Zahn, M. Sc.
President and Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Zahn, the founder of Cantronic Systems Inc., has a proven track record as an engineer and manager. Mr. Zahn has guided all Cantronic’s activities since inception and will continue to lead its efforts in the future. Mr. Zahn received his Master of Science Degree from University of British Columbia in 1989.

Mr. Zahn is the year 2003 recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal. This medal commemorated the fiftieth anniversary of Her Majesty’s reign as Queen of Canada and is awarded to Canadians who have made a significant contribution to their fellow citizens, their community, or to Canada.

Mark Mandelll

VP of Sales and Managing Director of QWIP Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Mandell has many years experience in the technical sales field and has experience and knowledge with global markets regarding infrared imaging. He has the ability to market high-tech products in high technological processes. His experience includes marketing and sales, product specification generation and product testing, application software development, distributor account management, internal sales and technical support and new product introduction.

Mr. Mandell has worked for several years as Vice President of Sales for a virtual reality manufacturer based in Las Vegas. Mr. Mandell left Cantronic on Nov 2005 and re-joined Cantronic in Jan 2007.

Director and Chair of Audit Committee

Seasoned consultant providing services relating to financial management, corporate financing, restructuring and acquisitions and general corporate governance to public and private companies since 1999; Chief Financial Officer for Battery & Wireless Solutions Inc., a distributor of battery and battery-related products, from July 2003 to December 2004. Director of Cantronic Systems Inc. since may 2007.

Dwayne Yaretz
Director
Mr. Yaretz was the CEO and has been a Director of ACP Ace Venture Corporation since August 2000. Mr. Yaretz is also the Secretary of Global Tree Technologies Inc., a technology company involved in the development of fast growing hardwood trees listed on the TSX-V since January, 1999. Mr. Yaretz was the Corporate Secretary of Rampart Ventures Ltd., (a TSX-V listed company) from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Yaretz has been a Director and Corporate Secretary of Fraserfund Financial Corporation a mineral exploration company from January, 2004 to August, 2004.
